Each attendee should come prepared to share their THREE (3) favorite weblinks. For convenience, bring them as an ASCII text file on a USB drive or on a 3.5 inch microfloppy.

 

 

2.) Our MARCH TOPIC tentatively scheduled for March 22nd will be:

GPS Networks: NGS CORS networks and Commercial RTK network types

We will have speakers from NGS and technical presentations on the major GPS solution types found in RTK network products.

 

 

3.) Our MAY TOPIC will be:

Spatial Statistics and Spatial Modeling Symposium

NOTE: this is a special 2-day program which we are sponsoring jointly with the Santa Rosa Arc View Users Group, our sister group; and the Napa Valley Community College District. The target dates are June 1st and 2nd, 2006.

(Yes, I KNOW we are deviating from our usual 3rd Wednesday for logistical reasons. Just plan ahead dammit!!!)

THE NAPA CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Meeting Room - 955 School Street:

 

From Hwy. 29 take the First Street exit and go EAST to the intersection (stoplight) at First Street and California Blvd.  Turn SOUTH on California Blvd. and make an IMMEDIATE left (EAST) on to Second Street  (one-way).  Please Note: Second Street will take a slight jog to the NORTHEAST at Church Street....STAY ON SECOND STREET!  Immediately following the jog at Church street make the next left (NORTHWEST) on School Street. The entrance to CITY HALL is midblock on the left hand side of School Street between Second Street and First Street.

The usual format is a brief introduction of group members,  2-2.5 hours of  presentations or discussion and then informal conversation and networking.
