Reg Parks brings a strong work ethic and an attention to detail with him to every job.  He is value added to your project the minute he walks onto your property.  He is innovative and creative.

His work installing end posts for the Hess Collection includes an extremely rocky site where his expertise with drills was essential to the success of the installation.  This small vineyard on a tight site near a large residence needed to be done right, and it was.  PVTS has also performed with the same focus and energy on a large-scale installation for us in our American Canyon Vineyard.  I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Beyond this, Reg Parks is the force behind the local Northern California Wine Country GIS Users Group™ and very involved with the GIS and GPS for vineyard use.  I credit him with introducing myself and the Hess Collection to this important technology.
